I do hold British passport with dual citizenship of India, i came to India and start working in sap(software) as a sap consultant to gain experiance. I came on march 2007 now its almost 3 years completion, my question would be, do i can stay at a stretch for so long? do i lose British passport? Now i would like to travel back to London on coming Feb.

Hi,
Assuming being a duel citizen makes no diffence, as far as I am aware British citizenship doesn't 'expire', only the passport.
You should check your passport to see how long it's valid for. It'll be hard to travel on it if it's got less than six months' validity. If it has less than six months left on it, then you should go to the British Embassy and get it renewed, which takes about a week, requires a couple of forms and some photographs, and a fee, naturally.
If you are planning to travel to London in Feb you should check your passport immediately to make sure you've got time to get a new one if it has expired. You'll find the 'date of expiry' on the page with your photograph.
Regards.
