Hello All,

Would anyone out there happen to know what are the tax, implications once you have dual hold citizenship for both UK & Australia?

Is it different if you hold Uk Citizenship and PR for Australia?

I am looking at starting my own business here in Australia and wanted to be sure where I stood, in terms of paying tax what needs to be declared going by the book without any surprises down the road.

I tried asking a few accountants here, but they did not know?

Both countries levy tax on the basis of residence, not citizenship, so it makes no difference what countries you are a citizen of.
