Its definatley having a knock on affect already with locals, Mrs M (whos husband died ) has had several begging letters from people, one guy had owed J 1000/- rps from 4 years ago, came to her door gave his condolences and then asked her for more money !!! when she said she needed the 1000/- he'd borrowed now he said, well i need it more and can you lead me 3 more!!
she told him to go back to where he had been for the last 4 years !!!! no shame

Truly shameless. Widows are vulnerable targets, and there are many who will not hesitate to make targets of them. At times like this, there will be people who will now come forward as rightful owners of property (if any), and as creditors. Goa is strewn with with the same story.
