I guess so, its all something to think about, which rout to take and i would like to be able to work. I'm going to look into the I-130. Thank you

Just remember. The time it takes to do the CR-1 process might be a little longer than the K-1. But if you add in the time it takes for AOS, the total time it takes to get the Green Card via K-1 will probably be longer. (ie. CR-1 is probably shorter than K-1 + AOS).
