Good day to everyone. Just a thought if anyone knows any Companies hiring QS's. I was just made redundant and i find it difficult nowadays to get a job in Construction industry. I guess networking is the best tool to get past the hurdle of sending cv's and waiting impatiently for that call.

Have you looked at other posts on the board? There was a similar query in the thread "Anyone know a good QS agency in the middle east?" posted before yours. You will find some contacts on there. Are you already in UAE?

I think Parsons international in Abu Dhabi are looking for QS's.

I know this may sound obvious, but it is also worth checking out the classifieds in Gulf News each day. Quite a lot of companies who are hiring are not using agency and are advertising direct.....
