All over and done with. Am pleased to say our portion of the cost is minute compared to the actual cost of completing the works.

They have given us a 6 week timeframe to get it all completed.

Given the number of things that have been wrong with this place since you moved in, I'd be thinking it's nothing more than a money pit and would want out at the first opportunity.

Sadly no - I love the place and couldn't leave it! I have read that back and realise I sound mental..lol
