Hello there all,
I have became a Permanent resident since 10/2006 [2 yr] then got approved for 10 yrs on 2008 as stated on greencard. My brother is a U.S. citizen and an active duty. Should i apply for the N400 through via him? Or go for it from marriage based? I have become a p.r. via marriage based? Married since: March 10, 2006 Please Advise. |

Also make sure you are eligible regarding your time spent inside/outside the USA, based on the USCIS Guide to Naturalization, which can be found at www.uscis.gov. Rene
