If in Dubai I expect Goodfellas (Regal Plaza) will show it as they show pretty much everything. Also the Time Bar at the Ramee Royal in Oud Metha was the hangout of the Tarten Army last year.

As for the hooligan chat, admittedly the English did have a really bad name and it is still tainted to some degree but the really good name you boys had is fading quickly. Too many travelling neds are spoiling it for you!

The American Elisha Gray, Italian Antonio Meucci and many others claimed Bell stole their ideas. In the more than 600 lawsuits which involved Bell, no one else was credited for inventing the telephone.

Antonio Meucci did not renew his caveat patent after 1874 and Alexander Graham Bell was granted a patent in March of 1876. Meucci's 'device' did not particularly work that well. Nearly every scholar agrees that Bell and Watson were the first to transmit intelligible speech by electrical means. Others transmitted a sound or a click or a buzz.

That's the problem with the internet. You don't have to be right to post any old shitty article on it as being fact! Look at Wikipedia for example, everybody thinks that if it is on Wiki it is a 100% guarenteed, set in stone, Rafa Benitez FACT but anyone can amend anything on it regardless of if it is gospel or not! I am sure if you looked you could find the complete opposite saying that Bell definately stole it off the I-tie.

As such i'm not convinced.

I must admit they were amateur again in the way the handled the whole situation but either way I think Scotlands chances have improved with his omission. There was never a balance to the team when he played. (Only my opinion)
