Certain "farm animals" are not allowed to be kept in city limits and if that doesn't work then there should be a noise ordinance. Some noises are not allowed during certain hours etc...

Our problem is we are on the edge of city limits and our neighbour with the rooster is out side the limits so we can't do much until he dies, which apparently according to another neighbour is quite imminent.

Thanks SM - it's tricky as they're nice people but used to getting their way - everyone is a bit scared of making trouble with them

Spent 8 hours on my feet watching rich pompas asses eating $200 meals listening to orchestra music, and did I get even offered a bite to eat from the kitchen. Hell no!!! Then I got home and the wife had eaten all the pork chops (That I had grilled to perfection). settled for Tea and a biscuit.
