Moving to Budapest but confused about tax :)
Hi there,
I am moving to Budapest in the new year and will be buying a flat out there. I am self-employed and work online for a company in England, so will not have any dealings with Hungarian companies.
I called the tax office and asked who I need to pay my tax to and he said he will send me a P85 form.
I was wondering if anyone knew if there are any types of tax I need to pay in Hungary. I am guessing not income tax but there must be something surely? Or would I get taxed UK rates even though I technically not living there?
