Hi:

Attorney General Mukasey just came out with an opinion to clarify how to determine whether or not a particular crime is one of moral turpitude or not.

I hope people find this of assistance. The decision is meant to clarify matters -- it says so!

I read "Matter of Cristoval SILVA-TREVINO, Respondent" and my head exploded.

The irony with legal material is that it is supposed to explain the intricate details of the law as concisely as possible, yet for me it does the exact opposite!
