Hey guys

Well, I've had some AMAZING news today....

A coupe came to view the house on Saturday for rent - I was here and they were really nice (although didn't really stay long ??)...

Well, I've only gone and verbally agreed to them being my tenants!!!!

If it does happen, it's going to be quick - they want to move in on Friday 25th July!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That means I will make my brothers surprise Birthday party in Texas on the 1st August that his girlfriend is organising - I'm soooooooo excited...

I'll soon have to hand my notice (which I can't wait to do!!!), and start packing.

I think more questions will arise out of doing this now, than I've already had answered.... So apologies in advance.

Brill.......did you have the house on the rental market for long? Reason I ask is that we are going to rent out house, just making it look tidy and so on at the mo.....was interested to hear how long it took from putting up board?

Congrats this is the best way to go. However, don't be taken in by "nice people" when renting, make sure you do all the right checks...credit check, employer reference, previous landlord reference, form 21 (to get your house back) guarantor and a reputable tenancy agreement that will stand up in court. Wondered when you'd get on here....

I'm soo soo happy! I just hope that these guys are good tenants and get their references through. The fact they want some of my furniture is helpful too as I've no where to put it otherwise....!!!

I've been celebrating on my own @ home tonight...

I did manage to take my mates dogs for a walk up and down the hill (1 hour hard slog!) so feel justified with the few glasses of chardonnay...!!!
