At the school where I have worked for the last 9 years (non teaching) we have teaching staff who now feel they spend so much time on "crowd control" they have no time left in the classroom to teach!

Mrs Miggins, hope Master Miggins will be very happy in his new school, keep us posted on how he gets on.
