I know some still have gardens with lots of weeds in Rago 2 but I noted how luxourious some of the ground floor apartment gardens had become in the Rago 2 bloques - if little is done to improve the parking areas in Rago 1 we will be very dependent upon the ground floor apartments for green.

Have a great holiday - we very much enjoyed our week.

Those white chippings in my view make gardens look like grave yards. All they need is a cross in the middle with RIP on it! Thats not just the apartments, a lot of the townhouses have them too!!!

As a Rago 1 ground floor apartment owner I can't wait to get my hands on the garden! If anyone knows of any good garden centres please let me know.

It's gotta be the big Costa Luz Viveros that have just opened a huge new garden centre on the old road out of Ayamonte.

Am I being scolded??

We were there on a flying a visit a couple of weeks ago whilst en route to the Algarve for a bit of a holiday.

We've got long term renters in our apartment now which means we have nowhere to stay if we go to Ayamonte so our visits have had to drop off over recent months.

Unless you've got a spare sofa Miss Sparky?

Check your deeds for allocated parking spaces. AdA have emailed owners today instructing not to use a neighbors parking space. I asked which space was mine as I had not taken any notice of the deeds. It is 18 months since we completed and nobody has objected to where I park in front of our Rago2 reception door. Apparently spaces marked disabled are allocated to owners and are not freely available to those with a permit. There has never been more than 5 out of the 33 properties in the block occupied on any of our visits. They advised us that our space is .........................No 63. This was my reply:-

Why have I been issued No 63 which is up near portal 1 when our property is in portal 3? If this is the case there must be spaces in the 40's in front of my balcony that have been issued to non portal 3 owners!! This is crazy. There are enough spaces in the 40's to satisfy all owners of portal 3. Surely disabled spaces are not individually owned and are available to any qualifying user.

On the basis that there will never be more than 50% occupancy I will
continue to park my car in front of the reception lobby of Portal 3 until
someone objects. If I discover another car parked in space 63 I will raise
no objection. Am I realy expected to park 100 meters away from Portal 3 to offload my shopping and suitcases?

You would think that allocating spaces to nearby properties would not be rocket science!!!!!

Be warned. We will have parking wardens on CE next...........Graham

I haven't had an email (yet), but I've just had a look on our info from ADA to see what our parking space number is because we've just been parking directly outside our townhouse (neither of our neighbours have been there at the same time as us yet) and our allocated space is, in fact, directly outside our house. I wonder why yours is so far away?

I think as members of the community/urbanization it is up to your president and the wishes of the AGM to sort out parking requirements to suite the needs of the community best.
They are only administrators and need to be told what the urbanization needs, or are they just assuming they rule the urbanization. ?

RAGO 1 ACTION GROUP

I have a letter from Fadesa confirming that they are to provide planting...I did not know about no trees....I want trees, brass handles and timber decoration. I want grass etc.

Innthe letter they addmitted they had not put in the required expansion joints into the concrete and they would have to cut out the concrete to fix new joints...joy.

I am getting a little sick and tired about Fadesa...what they have provided is not on....I say we look to take group action against Fadesa...or at least start an action group....thet should not be allowed to get away with this.

To hell with it that they cannot get water to the proposed planting areas that is thier problem.

The photos below are what we should have been provided.

Anyone up for it?

Please PM me.

Yes indeed - we have loads of other photos. One shows the cheap plastic handles poorly fitted on a poorly fitted door with three marks where it looks like an attempt by a jemmy or something similar to access the building. We have photos which show where we think it was originally planned to put flowerbeds in - you can tell because they are spaces which are no good for a car space and aren't numbered.

As for allocating a space away from your apartment - well! Surely this should have been sorted at a contractual level as Graham suggests and marked as it would on a land registry form as it would in the UK - do the Spanish have anything similar. So I have to ask which piece of concrete jungle with painted on numbers is mine?

I am out on 22 Sept and plan to mail drop all Rago 1...I will also think about setting up a web site as a portal for emails.

I pretty pi88ed off with Fadesa to put it mildly.
