LOL. not so much a private joke. Just a thread we had last weeks about missing UK kebabs and one of the main things we missed about them are those wonderful chillis they pile on top. Cant get them here

Not sure where you'd get them up in Derbyshire, but i got mine from a great greek place in London

I wouldn't bother. You can get UK marmite in Australia, it's called My Mate (ironically) - they can't call it Marmite because there is an inferior Kiwi product also on sale by that name.

Aussie My Mate is exactly the same, made in the UK.

It's hard to find though. We used to be able to get it at a shop called BaySwiss but that's closed down and we haven't seen it since. Luckily, you can get Marmite most South African shops so we don't run out (not me, the hubby, I don't touch the stuff).
