Having flown in EC ATL-LHR last year, I'd say for a red-eye it's a no brainer.

Last time I flew AA TATL in coach (and this was some time ago - I don't do those sorts of things any more!) my veggie meal was a Jyoti Indian curry. I subsequently read somewhere that they had gained contracts with a couple of airlines to supply their veggie meals. I had no doubt at the time that I was eating the best meal on the plane!
