Pud is likely to be chocolate brownies and carrot and walnut cake with cream but that is outside my control so I will not be held accountable if she doesn't make them.

Roast parsnips are a must.

Mmmm beef and horse radish.. I miss my mums roast dinner. I hate cooking a roast. Too labour intensive! Ha!

I only do parsnips for chrimbo dinner. I can't stand the things and as long as it's me doing the cooking I avoid them like the plague.

We're having roast pork and crackling with apple sauce, roasties, roast parsnips, brussels and peas. Oh and Bisto gravy for the kids, Wozza's gluten free version for me. Husband will be at his karate training while we devour this then he will have some lentils (yes he's a bit of a freak at the moment but seems happy!).

There's also a GF carrot cake in the oven and cream cheese icing about to be made when I can be stuffed to get up and get a lemon off the tree.

Mmmmm hungry now.
