I need to submit my documents for ACS assessment. For 2 of my previous companies (6months and 15 months experience), I won't be able to get a reference letter. I have the reference letter from current company for 6+ years. Do I still need to submit statutory declaration for the previous 2 companies? If yes, does it need to be on any special stamp paper or regular plain paper would work?

Please suggest so I can ask my earlier colleagues to write something for me.

No issues. affidavit thats the term I was looking for, and I literally translated it to "statement of pledge" on the other thread.
