Apply for settlment visa
My wife got her spouse visa in 06/01/2011 and she entered to uk
In 08/04/2011 ,her visa will finish on 06/04/2013,We are aware she
Has to be in uk 2 years before to apply for her settlement visa,
Because she entered on 08/04/2011,is she short 2days?or can she apply
For the settlement visa in march 2013 ,28 days before her 2years ends.
We hope she would be able straight apply for settlement visa next year,
Could anyone answer my question please.
