Just wanted to begin this post by saying that this forum has been a huge help to me on my Green Card journey

So I've been happily living in the US with my husband since late Nov 2011, he recently got a new job in a different town so we'll be moving there next week. I found this online form for the change of address:

Is this the correct form to fill out (if anyone's done this before)? Also I'm not sure which address to put down on it as my last address as we don't get mail delivery at our present physical address so we have a PO Box which is what the USCIS used for all communications with me, but I know they have my physical address somewhere on file as well

AR-11, yes. Your husband, as your sponsor, must also complete form I-865.

They want your physical address, not where you receive mail.
