I would immediately, contact an immigration attorney in london to draft a response to the Consular officer in charge. A quick recite of the FAM guidlines, pointing out, that they have made a mistake in even asking you for employers setails when you don't need one and a quick rectification should suffice. And put to bed very quickly a situtation, you shouldn't even be in!
BTW you do not need to justify, your lack of english and spelling on here to anyone!!

Op,
You have to understand from USCIS perspective (and pardon me, not being rude)
- you are 25 and filing for Eb1-A. Although age is not what I am referring to but at 25 and extraordinary ability will of course mean some questions?
- you JUST finished you maters. Yes I realize there does not have to be a connection between education and ability, the officer is entitled to extra review?
- if your English was anything like your typing then that won't help. Again rightly or wrongly
Put all that together, if you put yourself in their shoes then this is not shocking at all really. Remember, Eb1-A is reserved for very very few folks so let the officer do their job. If you are comfortable with your situation and ability then it's a matter of time.
Good luck.
