HELLO

should I proceed to VETASSESS assessment now for the purpose of positive skill assessment or wait for the 1st july?

It's up to you. You will have to be assessed at some point. If you don't think you'll be eligible after July 1st then there's probably no point but if you think you will be eligible then why not.
