Ah, I see why you thought going to Canada in July/August might be a problem now.

But you've misunderstood - no need to submit your passports at all. I'd suggest you download the application pack for FSW so that you can see the forms etc required, and also the document checklist. That will show you exactly what you'll need to send, and only a copy of your passport is required.

Great news. You have given me so much helpful information and I will leave you alone for now and stop bothering you! I was muddled on Saturday morning and now on Sunday night I feel clear about a lot of things. Fantastic. Thanks.

That's strange. I'm usually clear about things on a Saturday morning but extremely muddled by Sunday evening.
