Isn't Range Rover pretty much a Lifestyle brand now? Maybee it always was?

By the way...
BMW owners are most likely to cheat, so says UK dating website IllicitEncounters.

Mine's 12 years old, has 280,000km on it and smells of wet dog.

Now if you think that's attractive get in touch with me on ilovetosmellofwetdog@hotdog.com

The type of wanker who drove an M3 is now more likely to sit behind the wheel of an RS4

Come come now, the Evoque accessorises well with Loubotin Heels, oversized shades and Louis Vuitton handbag

My view though I am green oval fanatic is that the evoque looks fantastic but would want the 4x4 version. Newer members of the lode lane tribe wouldn't have those old fashioned beliefs. 3 door looks better than 5

I don't know why the 1st gen freelander got such a hard time (well besides the unreliable 1.8). The 3 door I drove was really quite good in the dirt.

Don't let becks input put you off.

1st gen discos were designed by mr conran if I remember rightly and it's now seen as a design classic.

Range rover envy from Toyota drivers is a common problem. Just learn to smile at them

I'll remember that the next time the head gasket goes or my electrics fritz out again.

At least you can look at the interior with pride as the gasket fails. May even crop up in a pub quiz sometime.

I think evoque will attract new market of those who have moved onwards and upwards from bmw's etc. Will mean plenty of 2nd hand beemers for those moving up from toyotas and hyundais

The latest Freelander is surprisingly good off road, LR have really upped there game.

And why do you need a V8? (My BMW has one), the new diesels out perform them in every way - including 0-100 sprints.

Just cos petrol is cheap in UAE doesn't mean it has to be consumed at an indecent rate.
You like the sound of diesels, then? Even the newest, most refined diesels will never beat the sound of a petrol V8, as your choice of car might indicate!

Is the Evoque the new smaller range Rover that looks as if an elephant has sat on it?

So have I, and to be fair when I had my 1st M3 I can now look back and say, I was indeed a wanker.
