I-129f processing dates for TSC
Hi all. I mailed the I-129F to the Texas service Center today. There are no
processing times listed for TSC any place that I can find.
anyone know how long the TSC is taking to process the I-129F?

They're not processing I-129Fs at the Texas Service Center now - they
forward them automatically to the California Service Center (along with the
I-130s too; you could have sent it to the California address yourself to be
"received" a few days earlier)...

They're not processing I-129Fs at the Texas Service Center now - they
forward them automatically to the California Service Center (along with the
I-130s too; you could have sent it to the California address yourself to be
"received" a few days earlier)...

The US service centers rake about 4 months. The rest of the time is
dependent on what embassy you are going through.

David, can you tell me where you learned that? I thought that sending the petition directly to California was not allowed; I'm sure this would be popular common knowledge if it is so.

I'll try to dig up my source. It may have been in talking to a higher
level at USCIS (or a tidbit on the website, although it is strange the forms
haven't changed for what I have seen), but surprised it hasn't been wider
known. My last I-130s were sent (and I am in the TSC area) directly to
California & accepted without a qibble.

I'll try to dig up my source. It may have been in talking to a higher

The tracking at the USPS said today "an attempt to deliver was made at 10:45
AM. A note was left, and another attempt would be made". If not delivered
within 5 business days, it will be returned to sender.
Wasup with this? TSC was not open at 10:45 AM?
