Re: ANZAC day
unfortunately have been ill the last couple of days so didn't get down to support our cadets who covered 4 events in the Kapiti region.
Starting at 5.30am to get ready for the dawn parade at Paraparaumu, then dash down to Paekakariki, up to Waikanae, lunch provided for them at Otaki RSA then the last retreat at Otaki finishing just before 7pm.
So so proud of our cadets, my daughter had the pleasure of raising the flag at Paekakariki and gained the Anzac trophy at final parade/prize giving last year but was unable to attend this year as she was flying back from a school trip.
Lest we forget
