I use purevpn and have done so for a couple of years now.

It's been pretty much rock solid, occasionally (very rare) I've had buffering issues (perhaps 10 days out of a total of 2 years with them)...

Only you and your Lawyer can say for sure. The L1A is beneficial in terms of timelines, since L1A is usually faster than the L1B, also the L1B would involve the extra steps for Labor Certifications...

I can't say my circumstances are the same as yours or verify why they are pursing L1B versus L1A, but I can share with you my experiences of how my application for an L1A was submitted about 5 years...

You could bring it over as parts, BUT you need to have a US chassis complete with a VIN number that would take the parts, and even then the chassis would need to to be an early chassis (I believe...
