I did n't spend as long in NZ as you have and our 'children' are all grown up and choose to stay in the UK, so the 'pull' back to the UK for me was for different reasons but we came 'home'...

Caught a 'snippet' of an interview with the family of the poor guy that was killed, it was on BBC Breakfast TV a few days ago.....main issue was lack of Health & Safety Regulation in extreme sports...
