Oh cool, yeah they told me it would be between 3 to 5 working days so I have just booked my flight for next wednesday, when do you fly out?

Hi katj, I am taking some extra info but no photos, I spoke to them and they said just to take the documentation that they said was required and that would be sufficient but would rather have too...

betty that is good going, I have my interview in 4 days and it has taken close to 9 months since I filed the I130 and I have had no RFE or complications, you have flown through

Holliver, that may be the case, this thread will not apply to you as this thread is in regards to a CR-1 visa, a spouse/family visa not the K1 visa

Yes Ian is right, only wanted to know how long the interview is, I am fully expecting I am going to have to wait around half of the day in the embassy, oh well

Hello, I have my interview in a few days time at 8.30, what time should I turn up to the embassy? From experience how long does the interview process take?

whitebear its not worth running the risk, I went into a normal photoshop, kallkwik or something, and they were able to do it

They take your passport and put a temporary one in there for travel to the US and then send one to your US address, thats why the DX service is used to return the passport, good luck on friday

Hi Iam yes its for proof of their citizenship just making sure that a photocopy of the photo page on passport is correct, dont really want them to send the real thing over to me.

For the joint sponosors I864 a photocopy of the photo page of their passport is enough right?

All I did was send in the DS forms as soon as I got my case number, bit of good luck i guess, Im glad as it took them a long time to approve my i130 as it was sent to Italy
