Spanish authorities certainly cant take money from UK bank accounts (without due process), but they can certainly take money from Spanish accounts without prior notice. Its happened.

I dont think I said they would be able to go gung ho into UK bank account. that wasnt the point. If (and no one knows yet one way or another) they decided to tax your UK assets by wealth tax or...

And of course as some people keep telling me, the (desperate) Spanish Authorities will of course proudly resist trying to get their hands on a small percentage of that 87 million euros .................

As Lynxxa says, way 2 go are relatively local to you, and you can drop off at depots in the UK. I also will have some stuff to go back in June / July.

International agreement means that the DVLA accept that whilst the licence is valid when you live in another country, that the address will not be correct. My UK licence had an address on it I hadnt...

Its on the side of a mountain. they collect regularly so its unlikely to cause sludge
