This is done so much in the US (where houses are also wood-framed). They call it "brick cladding", usually do it just on the front, and charge a shitload more for it. Meh.

Simon, you can just show up at the IRD with your number and they'll just process everything for you if it's not necessary for you to find out immediately how much your refund will be. :thumbsup:
