Hey Derren,

Thanks for the reply, I wasnt too sure on what way this worked but thats good to know. I'll be bringing just the one main luggage bag, although it shouldnt be a problem packing them...

Hey Guys, can someone please fill me in on bringing tools into Australia?

Im looking to bring some basic essential hand tools (ie screwdrivers, wire cutters, multimeter etc) in with my luggage...

Thats good to know about the experience, thought i was snookerd. I served my time the same years as yourself man 2006 untill 2010.

Ok mate thanks for the reply, yes im coming over on a WHV however if i was lucky enough to find electrical work and make it a permanent move i would definitely take it.

Sorry for butting in...is there a certain amount of years experience required since finishing your apprenticeship before i can apply for the ARTC certificate?
