Its hard to know what to do, Theres so many people giving conflicting advice, saying its easy or that its not so easy.

So far i have

-parents marriage license
-mothers birth certificate...

whats done is done, I need to go about getting my passport now. Theres a lot i can do with a valid id in this country, lots of ways around things.

What can i do to get my passport now?

Since my mum doesn't have her passport, and i need her information, do i need to go get her passport first?

yes i am here illegally. I know it will be hard to come back, but since i didn't come here with my own visa and i was just a child when i came can i not just apply for a visa or student visa to come...
