Applied for NEXUS with PR, now have Citizenship

I started the NEXUS application when I had my Canadian PR, but now I have my Canadian Citizenship I'm wondering how I can update the application to reflect that?

Mine was just for myself. Only thing I think I did "out of the norm" was to have the fingerprints request, and then I also followed up by phone to make sure they received it OK.

How do you know when RCMP received your fingerprint request? I went to a 3rd party to get them electronically taken and my CIC hasn't been updated to reflect anything in 4 weeks.

I have also just had a request for fingerprints from RCMP.

Cost me $60 to go through a 3rd party company. Fingers crossed that they did it correctly and RCMP (then CIC) receive it all on time.

I mailed my application on October 8th, is it normal that I can't login to check on my status using my UCI or Receipt# just yet? I haven't had anything to say it's been received or anything...

Tried calling and can't get through to an agent, get lost in the jumble of automated responses. Am I missing something, or is this number just automated responses?

I stupidly left my PR card in my wallet and misplaced my whole wallet a few weeks ago.
