I've seen a smattering of people saying they're now US citizens (like myself and whatsisface who keeps getting George Bush memorabilia :)) so I figured there would be enough to garner interest.

Ours is about 19% mortgage/property tax/home ins only (it's all taken out in one monthly payment) - there's still a hefty chunk for cost of living like water, sewage, electricity.

We live in PA.
