In that case - IMO - I do not think you have any option but to leave - unfortunately your residence has expired via the absense rule and you are now subject to the 90 day rule and if you exceed it...

Thanks for that and yes I read it a while ago - I totally agree well worth a read. Plenty of 2nd hand copies around if it is now out of print.

The price is fixed and did not go up 1st January...research plan noche. No revision 1/1/24. Of course my factura will increase because of the IVA but not the unit price. I do not consume any time...

No, with plan noche the rates are fixed - as I quoted. It varies by time of day/night only and I do not have to contract every year it rolls on. Yes the IVA is the same as VPSC contracts.

To be honest I think you have a problem - old inefficient water heater maybe...or you are on the wrong plan. Try talking to Iberdrola or use their website to see if you can get a better deal.
