SO what if we split after 1 and half months of moving to the US That's the hard part to prove... I guess the story is so complex that I will have to explain it well in my affidavit....

Hence, once I get my divorce decree I can still wait until the 90-days window before filing? In that case, my status is still valid and I can exit the country without problems as well?

My new immigration lawyer told me that even after the divorce my CR-1 status is still valid until the expiration of my green card and that I can do my I-751 waiver either after the divorce or waiting...

That would be cool :) But expensive.

Problem is: p2p calls are stored in each computer, as well as chats, but if you cancel them, they are unretrievables. The website stores the history of skype...
