If there is a Costco around they do an amazing coastal cheddar (from Devon) which is sharp and crumbly. Also an even stronger Cave Aged Cheddar from Wookey. Costco must realise how many Brits live in...

I always park at Harbourtown (near Costco) then take the free tram to Spencer St. Trams from Docklands and within the CBD are free.

There again I would not opt to drive into the city during rush...

Inner burbs are where people want to be- outside CBD but still easily and quickly commutable. It should be a piece of cake to sell it yourself.

Get a valuation (free) and then sell it yourself. There are always heaps of people wanting to buy land for development. In my area (inner west)...

you can often negotiate a lower rate if you bargain hard. Our last property was sold at 2pct incl GST but they do charge for advertising mostly- depending on what campaign you want.
