Commuted from Wollongong to Martin Place for a good 8 months. Caught the 7:30 express from Wollongong. Central Station at just before 9, Martin Place at 9:15.

Far from an Anglo-Saxon here, and my experience with the test was akin to that of isgraham. I spent more time going through the admin stuff before hand (show my passport, take photo, blah blah blah)...

In my experience, Vendor Certs don't count for much in Australia unless you have solid relevant experience to back them up. I'll let the recruiters chime in but there are a lot of paper tigers...

Medicare would usually require a copy of the passport/visa or a passport number/visa number to ensure that you are infact entitled to medicare. Data matching would take place from there on.
