Re: Holiday in California in May, ESTA question

Never said it was, just pointing out the differences in the punishment in America (jail time) versus getting a ticket in the UK. And as was mentioned before, it is the US consideration of the...

Re: Can I bring my (british), kids home without my husband's permission?

Re: Hi

Why do you care what my reasons are? I am merely entering into a discussion with the OP. If she (or anyone else) doesn't like it, ignore me. Maybe I'll go away.

Re: Can I bring my (british), kids home without my husband's permission?

I would have thought that the fact they are british citizens would outweigh the fact that they are US residents. Not sure what, if anything can / would be done if you were back in the UK before...

Re: Hi

I always choose my words very carefully, and i suggest you do the same. I at no time said that she stated her daughter WAS going to marry for immigration intent, I merely said she INFERRED it with...

Maybe YOUR children won't be booted, but many other E2 visa holders children will. And inferring your daughter should marry for immigration benefit, that's not cool.

The marriage analogy was the...

Re: Sign the Petition for Marriage Visa Reform

Where is this mandated? If memory serves, there is no restriction on the amount of time you have to leave between departing the US and re-entering. While it may behoove the visitor to leave as much...

Re: Sign the Petition for Marriage Visa Reform

Re: Old crimes & fingerprints

Your OP is a little misleading. It details the case of a murderer and hijacker that had a federal task force created to track him down.

This is not the same as your run of the mill "thug" who's...

Re: Dangerous Dog Registry

Not at all, but if a child came up to my dog and started slapping its head and pulling its tail, there's a very good chance he would, and it has nothing to do with his breed. Most any dog would.
