The usual rule is, packed by owner, sent at owners risk and uninsured, packed by movers, then their insurance comes into play and you should get compensation for anything broken.

You are mistaken, you are only a full British Citizen if you are born in the UK, if you are born elsewhere, then as long as one of your parents was born in the UK, then you are a british citizen BY...
