i used colleagues to notarize them, same as a passport application.... get a cop to say 'i certify this to be a true copy of the original' sign and date. easy and free.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'waiting for medicals to come back'. If you've had your medicals you only had to wait 30 days (including weekends) from actual date of medical before you sent off...

London told me they would not send a reminder about passports, just send them 30 days after medicals done. I did and it worked very...

we just received our visa's and it seemed to not take long. we did our medicals on May 27th, sent off passports and photo's exactly 30 days (not working days so include the weekends) later. exactly...
