Re: Rental Agreement - Secure?

OP is asking if Rental Agreement is secure. As long as Owner-Renter signed the lease, it is binding and both have protections under the law. If the owner is in foreclosure process, a notice will be...

Re: Rental Agreement - Secure?

You need a job, credit history or someone over here to be your guarantor to be able to rent corporate owned properties. However, there are private landlords who are willing to rent their properties...

Re: Priceline.com

Yep, you're right. I'm thinking about the named hotel part. With family in tow, I wouldn't risk getting a hotel or a place you don't know. Your "dream" vacation might end-up as "nightmare" because...

Re: How long can I stay as a visitor

It works for now but you're heading to a double-edged sword: both US and Canadian border might deny you entry and your future plans are doomed. Planning to do so, be prepared to have justifiable...

Re: consultant vs do it yourself?

I did mine by myself--with lots of help from this forum--from filling-up the aplication forms to Landing. Some consultants, if you're lucky, will even lose your docs (see some threads here) and...

Re: Please help!!!

Re: Driving with U.S. license plated-car in Ontario
