There are only 2 possibilities:

1. Visa post made a mistake, or

2. You didn't properly claim and/or documented your arranged employment claim

I don't know what you should do as I didn't see your application, what exactly you claimed, what you submitted, how job offer was worded, what kind of work permit you have, what occupation you work...

Something just doesn't add up here. If what you claim is true then visa post makes serious error - the Immigration Manual is quite clear what is needed to claim arranged employment. Start reading...

Full time is 37.5 hrs/week or 1,950 hrs/year. If you work less hours per week then you need to calculate your experience's full time equivalent using the above numbers.

No, it means permanent employment for unlimited period of time. Unlike temporary employment that is time determined, set for certain period of time.

No, it won't play.

In order to claim arranged employment you need either (1) job offer to hire you permanently on indeterminate basis after you become a PR supported by positive Arranged...

If you land now but your wife won't then her visa will become invalid once baby is born anyway. And then process will be even more complicated.
