Re: Anyone done N600K recently?

Naturalization is effective from the date of the oath. Otherwise, it wouldn't be called naturalization - naturalization is defined as the conferral of citizenship after birth.

Re: Anyone done N600K recently?

Citizenship under INA 322 (N-600K) is by always naturalization, obtained after birth. You are not eligible to apply for citizenship under INA 322 if you acquired citizenship at birth.

Re: N-600 vs I-130

You seem confused. If the child was not born a US citizen, then he/she can either can become a US citizen through INA 320 or through INA 322. The I-130 is just one of the steps needed for the child...

Re: Passing US Citizenship Onto Children

It does not have to be after becoming a USC. Even time as an illegal immigrant counts.
Whether naturalized or not has no impact.

Re: Passing US Citizenship Onto Children

You need five years of physical presence, at least two of which after the age of 14. It's physical presence in the US, not residence.

Re: Marriage Visa Advice

There is no USCIS office in Australia... so the lockbox it is. Lately, standalone I-130's have been taking more than seven months to adjudicate.

Re: US Citizenship for a newborn in UK - big obstacle

322 only applies to those residing outside the US. Since OP intends to move to the US shortly, the child should aim at obtaining US citizenship through INA 320. An application under INA 322 will...

Re: F1 VISA OVERSTAY CLARIFICATIONS AND RAMIFICATIONS

The I-94 is expected to be phased out in all airports in the next few months.
I-94's are already electronic at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html - so the paper I-94 is irrelevant.

Re: N600 application for children

The N-600 process will make an independent determination of the citizenship status, it won't just assume citizenship has been granted because the person has a US passport.

Re: For an E2 visa, do you need to apply where you are resident or where a citizen?

EB5 does not require that your office employs "directly" ten US workers. Few EB5 cases involve direct employment of ten or more US workers.

Re: Can my company insist I pay for my own L1?

Any authority you can cite for this? Note that this is an L1 petition, not an H1.
The company may be liable for partial fees such as the anti fraud fee as per INA 214.

Re: Am I in fact eligible for VWP?

Fine, you can show up at a land border and answer the same questions on the I-94W form and try your luck there.
