Sorry no it doesnt. Swimming pools are not as commonplace as you would expect, and quite rare in rental properties. These are the preserve of executive stuff at £1000 per week.

We rented a lovely house near the city in Norwood on a 6 month lease (not easy - most landlords want 12 months)

We've now bought our own home in the Hills and want to get out of the tenancy early....
