thanks for that Joinerboy! I'll see if I can find something similar in the Yukon. the realtors are all dreadful here, they'll sell you a house if they can be bothered, but they don't care much really.

oh thanks everyone :) yes we came to Canada with a purpose, to run the Yukon Quest and we did it, only took 9 years! And yes they are hard work but worth it :)

yes we asked about the spot land process, but there is very little available, most land is First Nations, or already taken and the process takes at least a year with no guarantees that you will get...

oh yes sorry, need to change that, the old website ran out and as we didn't renew until about 6 weeks later they had deleted the whole thing so we had to make a brand new one :(

yes I've looked on Property Guys a lot, but nothing close enough to Whitehorse that is suitable or affordable! I wish there was, would much prefer to buy that way!

hard to tell from the pic, but looks like a badly bred Siberian or a Sibe/Mal cross. How tall is he? wolf hybrids tend not to have blue eyes. We have 42 (or is it 43? can never remember...) Siberians...
