So it would seem its fine for Irish people to want to immigrate and find a new life but its not fine for other cultures to move to Ireland and want a new life. Such a shame to read such rubbish.

Really looking for somewhere that the kids can have a happy, safe and fun childhood in. Family friendly is of the utmost importance. We dont eat out alot and when we do, its fastfood for the kids...

Totally agree, will go with where the job is for sure. I agree that Toronto may have more to offer, I still like what I am seeing tho about Winnipeg and just cannot rule it out yet.
