If your Ltd company is English and you gave no PG`s you can not be pursued personally ,write to the bank/ mortgage Co using the reply address for your Ltd Co (not your UK home address) and explain...

The bottom line is the UK understands commerce better than Spain by a long way and makes it very easy to start up a business ,free of obstructions.

In the UK you could rent a shop in the morning and...

You can only zero rate invoices to another EU country if the customer is vat registered in their country , you are responsible for verifying this.

Depends on the nature of your business , in some cases you can work from a UK Ltd company ,you dont need to make your parents directors , you can own a Ltd company and then work for it as an employee...
