Grandparents - Portugal passport - born in Portugal
Parents (Either father or mother) - Portugal passport - born in overseas
someone - born in overseas

Thank you, you mean may request only? It is judge by the authorities and may not request? If the applicant can't speak Portugal language, and never live in Portugal, what is the success rate?

You are so smart, france + portugal, it's my friend and he is born in Australia, and his mother and father also born in Australia, so he want to know he can get France / Portugal passport or not?...

IELTS 6.25

Hello everybody, if my IELTS is Read 7 Listen 7 Write 5.5 Speak 5.5, actual score is 6.25 but test report is 6.5, do my IELTS fulfil INZ's requirement? Thank you.

These are around 6.5 millions such kind of UK passport without the right to abode in UK in the world, around 1/10 of UK citizens, I don't think it is a extremely small proportion.

It does not related to High Commissions overseas or not, because even British Citizen passport can issued in High Commissions overseas, or British Oversea Citizen issued in UK.
